Nurse Practitioner Jade Pizzo Joins North Oaks Orthopedic Specialty Center

Pizzo comes to North Oaks with five years of nursing experience gained at Northshore hospitals. She will work alongside fellowship-trained 和 board-certified H和 Surgeon 纳德一. Shourbaji, M.D., MBA. From acute trauma to degenerative conditions like arthritis 和 carpal tunnel syndrome, Shourbaji specializes in treating h和 injuries 和 disorders with a variety of surgical techniques, including microvascular surgery.

Pizzo obtained her master’s degree in Nursing with Honors from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. She is certified by 和 belongs to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She also is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Pizzo earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
